When you call a cleaning company, the first question is usually whether you need a deep clean or regular maintenance. The difference comes down to how much buildup there is and how much detail work the space needs.
Regular maintenance is upkeep. Kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized, reachable surfaces are dusted, and floors are vacuumed and washed. It's designed for a space that's already in good shape and needs to stay that way.
A deep clean adds the detail work that builds up over months: soap scum on shower bases and glass, residue around drains and faucets, baseboards and door frames, and the corners a routine visit doesn't reach. It takes longer and costs more, but it resets the space.
Most homes do best with a deep clean first and regular visits after. Once the buildup is gone, regular maintenance keeps it from coming back.
Not sure which you need? Tell us when the space was last professionally cleaned and what bothers you most, and we'll recommend a starting point. New customers get 10% off either way.
